Refund Policy - The Basics

At Peruanísima Bakery, we take great pride in providing high-quality Peruvian baked goods, meals, and custom cakes. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges.
1. No Refunds on Food Items
All sales of baked goods, meals, and beverages are final. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any perishable items.
2. Refunds for Incorrect or Defective Orders
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing product, or a defect in the product), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
To process a request, you must provide:
✔ Receipt or proof of purchase
✔ A clear photo of the item showing the issue (if applicable)
✔ A detailed explanation of the concern
3. Custom Cake Orders & Deposits

All custom cake orders require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance for a partial refund or store credit.

Cancellations within less than 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Order Modifications
We strive to accommodate changes to your order, but any modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For custom cakes, changes must be made 72 hours before pickup.
5. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
